Anyone ever replace an ignition switch on a honda accord? Thanks for everyones answers for my previous question. My question is, I have a 1994 Honda Accord Sedan, Automatic transmission. It seems as though I need to replace the ignition switch. If anyone can give me a ballpark on what it will cost me to have it done at a garage, mechanics, etc…. for the parts and labor. Also, what if I buy the part, and do the labor. Do you need a new ignition switch or like one answer i got said, check the junk yard or used parts store. I am not very mechanically inclined, that is the truth. But, cash is very very low. Is it a hard project. One guy here in PA gave me a quote of around 200 bucks to do the job. I figured that is parts and labor. What do you think?
